Total Agreement. 35.01 This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Employer and the Union and unless specifically and expressly set forth in the express written provisions for this Agreement, all rules, regulations, benefits and practices previously and presently in effect may be modified or discontinued upon advance notification to the Union.
Total Agreement. This Amendment, the Loan Agreement, and all other Loan Documents constitute the entire agreement, and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified, or canceled by a duly executed written instrument.

This Section alone shall not operate to void any existing or future ORC statutes or rules of the OAC and applicable Federal law. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement between the Employer and the Union.
Total Agreement. A. This Agreement, (together with the exhibits included above) constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Engineer and supersedes all prior written or oral understandings. This Agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified, or canceled by a written instrument duly executed by both parties. Amendments should be based whenever possible on the format of Exhibit K to this Agreement.
Total Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended or revised except by a written instrument executed by both of the parties to this Agreement.
Total Agreement. This Amendment, the Credit Agreement, and the other Loan Documents contain the entire understanding among Borrowers, Lenders and Agent and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof. Any promises, representations, warranties, or guarantees not herein contained and hereinafter made have no force and effect unless in writing, signed by Borrowers’ and Agent’s respective officers. Neither this Amendment nor any portion or provisions hereof may be changed, modified, amended, waived, supplemented, discharged, cancelled, or terminated orally or by any course of dealing, or in any manner other than by an agreement in writing, signed by the party to be charged. Each Borrower acknowledges that it has been advised by counsel in connection with the execution of this Amendment and the other Loan Documents and is not relying upon oral representations or statements inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Amendment.
Total Agreement. This Agreement is a total and complete integration of any and all agreements existing among Manager and RREM and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, promises or representations between them.
Total Agreement.
27.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and no other written or verbal statements shall supersede any of its provisions. Any amendment or agreement supplemental hereto shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto.
27.2 The parties further acknowledge that, during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the areas of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right are set forth in this Agreement.
27.3 This Agreement contains all benefits granted to employees covered by this Agreement. No other benefits exist by the Civil Service Code or otherwise, unless specifically set forth in this Agreement.
Total Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
