Conforming Amendments to the Loan Documents. Each of United Fire, Holding, and the Lender Parties agrees that on the Assumption Effective Date, and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Paragraph 6, below (as evidenced by the Administrative Agent's issuance of the Lender Confirmation): (i) this Joinder Agreement shall be deemed to be a Loan Document; and (ii) the amended and restated Schedule 3.06 to the Credit Agreement attached hereto as Attachment 1 is hereby substituted for the Schedule 3.06 heretofore attached to the Credit Agreement.
