Conforming Clean Coal. Coal processed at the Pond Fines Recovery Facility that either meets or improves upon Quality Specifications and may be accepted by PMC at the Standard Compensation Rate. Delivery Point - A location where all coal processed by BEARD and accepted by PMC shall be delivered by BEARD.
