Common use of CONFORMITY WITH LAW AND SAFETY Clause in Contracts

CONFORMITY WITH LAW AND SAFETY. 20.1 Consultant shall observe and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes and regulations of governmental agencies, including federal, state, municipal and local governing bodies having jurisdiction over any or all of the scope of services, including all provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1979 as amended, all California Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, the California Building Code, the American with Disabilities Act, any copyright, patent or trademark law and all other applicable federal, state, municipal and local safety regulations. All services performed by Consultant must be in accordance with these laws, ordinances, codes and regulations. Consultant’s failure to comply with any laws, ordinances, codes or regulations applicable to the performance of the work hereunder shall constitute a breach of contract.
