CONFORMITY WITH ORDER. An Order shall only be valid if it is reduced to writing and issued by a duly delegated official. Goods/Services shall conform strictly with the Order. The Supplier/Service Provider shall not vary the quantities specified and/or the specification, if any, stipulated in the Order, without the prior written consent of Transnet. The Supplier/Service Provider warrants that the Goods/Services shall be fit for their purpose and of satisfactory quality.
