Conformity with State Statutes. Any provision of this Agreement that, on its effective date, is in conflict with the statutes of the State of Maine, is hereby amended to conform to the minimum requirements of such statutes.

Conformity with State Statutes. All procedures of bargaining shall be conducted according to the rules established by the Public Employees Relations Commission.
