Conformity with State Statutes. Any provision of this Agreement which is in conflict with the statutes, local laws, or regulations of the state in which services are provided is hereby amended to conform to the minimum requirements of such statutes.
Conformity with State Statutes. Any provision of this Agreement that, on its effective date, is in conflict with the statutes of the State of Maine, is hereby amended to conform to the minimum requirements of such statutes.
