Common use of Connecticut Law Governs Clause in Contracts

Connecticut Law Governs. This Agreement shall be construed and regulated in all respects by the laws of the State of Connecticut. The initial situs of the Trust Property shall be in the State of Connecticut. The Trustee by written instrument signed and acknowledged, may designate a different situs as to the Trust Property anywhere in the world.
