VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. The laws of the State of California shall govern the terms and conditions of this contract with venue in the County where the LEA is located.
VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. Each party to this Agreement hereby agrees and acknowledges that venue and jurisdiction of any suit, right, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall lie exclusively in either Williamson County, Texas or in the Austin Division of the Western Federal District of Texas. Furthermore, except to the extent that this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding, however, its choice of law rules.

In the event an action is brought to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Idaho, and agree that venue for any such action shall be in Xxxxxx County, Idaho. The validity, performance and construction of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

The substantive laws of the State of Texas (and not its conflicts of law principles), USA, govern all matters arising out of or relating to this AGREEMENT and all of the transactions it contemplates. Pursuant to Section 85.18 (b), Texas Education Code, venue for a state court suit filed against The Texas A&M University System, any member of The Texas A&M University System, or any officer or employee of The Texas A&M University System is in the county in which the primary office of the chief executive officer of the system or member, as applicable, is located. At execution of this AGREEMENT, such county is Xxxxxx County, Texas. Venue for any suit brought against TDEM in federal court must be in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas.
VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. Any action brought by one party to this Contract against the other party shall be brought in the Superior Court of Xxxxxx County and this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Georgia law.

VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. Venue shall be in Nueces County. This Agreement shall be construed under and in accord with the law of the State of Texas.

The parties agree that the laws of the State of Texas shall govern the interpretation, validity, performance and enforcement of this Construction Agreement, and that the exclusive venue for any legal proceeding involving this Construction Agreement shall be in Collin County, Texas.
VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. 26.1 THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.
26.2 Venue and jurisdiction arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall lie exclusively in Bexar County, Texas. Any legal action or proceeding brought or maintained, directly or indirectly, as a result of this Agreement shall be heard and determined in Bexar County, Texas.
