Connecting Transmission Owner Requirements. Developer shall comply with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and generator interconnection requirements, which requirements shall include the dedicated data circuits to be maintained by Developer in accordance with Article 8.1 of this Agreement, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the NYISO OATT, or applicable NYISO procedures. Operating instructions will be communicated by telephone, or such other means of communication as the Parties may agree upon. An operating procedure will be developed by the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer to coordinate the operation of their interconnected equipment and to provide applicable contact information.
