Other Transmission Rights. Milewood Road is an existing private road that runs between Tax ID Numbers 174.03-1- 2 and 174.03-1-24 in the Town of Chili. RG&E will responsible for construction, maintenance and repair of Milewood Road and the Milewood Road access portion. This access road runs thru the property previously owned by Xxxxxx Riverview, LLC, Tax ID Number 174.03-2-1.21, now owned by RG&E. This access road shall be maintained and repaired by RG&E.
