Common use of Connection Fees Clause in Contracts

Connection Fees. Unless otherwise waived in accordance with the Administrative Rules or another generally applicable policy of the County, the Licensee shall pay a standard Connection Fee for each Interconnection Point and any associated Interconnection Fibers. The Connection Fees shall be computed in accordance with Schedule 2, and the total of all Initial Connection Fees shall also be set forth on Schedule 2. The full amount of the Initial Connection Fees shall be paid upon the later of thirty (30) Days after the Effective Date or the receipt of an invoice therefor.
