Common use of Connection Fees Clause in Contracts

Connection Fees. Upon execution of this agreement, Customer agrees to pay the connection fee stated above. The connection fee shall be a one time non-refundable charge. Units added subsequent to the initial connection shall also incur a connection fee equal to the original “Connection Fee” divided by the “Unit Total” times the number of units being added to the system.
