Connection Points. The "Connection Points" at which water is delivered by CIWW to CIWW Member Agencies. Including WDMWW, shall be as follows:
(a) In the case of water sold by CIWW to a specific CIWW Member Agency with a metered point of connection, the Connection Point shall be the point of delivery to the tee or main tap connected to the meter.
(b) In the case of water produced by the WDMWW Designated Water Supply Facilities and sold by CIWW to WDMWW for delivery to any retail or wholesale customer of WDMWW for which there is no metered point of connection, the Connection Points shall be the points at which the WDMWW Water Distribution Facilities connect to the Water Supply Facilities owned by, or dedicated to, CIWW under the CIWW 28E-28F Agreement.
Connection Points. Toledo shall deliver water to the Contracting Jurisdiction at the locations identified in Exhibit I.
Connection Points. The locations at which the Municipality System connects to the Acquired Collection System or a Third-Party System as described in the list and plan attached on Exhibit A.
Connection Points. (a) For the sake of clarity, a Transfer does not transfer any Connection Point attached to the Source Water Entitlement to the Recipient Water Entitlement.
(b) An application under clause 6.5 is necessary to change the Connection Points attached to a Water Entitlement.
Connection Points.
(a) The Customer will install a Connection Point for the purpose of metering the volume of treated water supplied, at each location as agreed between the parties in writing, generally in accordance with the locations specified in SCHEDULE 2.
(b) The Customer may request CWW to install Further Connection Points. CWW in its absolute discretion may agree, subject to such conditions as it may specify, or decline, to install any Further Connection Point.
(c) The Customer must promptly reimburse CWW for any reasonable costs incurred by CWW in installing a Further Connection Point.
(d) Nothing in this Agreement prevents or restricts CWW from installing or connecting Third- Party Connection Points (at CWW’s cost) to the Project Infrastructure for the purpose of supplying surplus harvested water to third-party sites. The Customer must cooperate with any reasonable request from CWW to install or connect a Third-Party Connection Point and the Customer must not unreasonably deny or prevent access to harvested water for these third-party sites.
(e) The parties acknowledge that clause 4.3(d) does not reduce or affect the Customer’s right to access water harvested and supplied in accordance with this Agreement.
Connection Points. The parties agree that the Core ELR Infrastructure connects with the Network at the following loci:
(i) Western Curve Connection Point;
(ii) Old Kent Road Junction Connection Point; and
(iii) New Cross Gate Connection Point. Furthermore, the parties recognise that, at each of the aforementioned loci, a connection agreement should exist between Network Rail and Rail for London Limited.
Connection Points. 1.4.1 Location.

(1) For the purposes of this Agreement, the actual point and type of connection for each agreed connection point to be used by the Generator to connect to Essential Energy’s network is set out in Item 1 of Schedule 2.
(2) The parties must comply with Schedule 8.

Connection Points. BMS shall be responsible for operating and maintaining the Delivery Systems outside of the Battery Limits of the Nitric Acid Facility. EDNLP shall be responsible for operating and maintaining the Delivery Systems inside the Nitric Acid Facility.
