Connection Services. In some cases, QEnergy may agree to assist you to obtain connection services from your distributor. Terms and conditions of the connection and distribution services will be set out in the customer connection services contract and may only be varied in accordance with the terms of that contract. The scheme of accreditation entitling the distributor to provide contestable services and the requirements for new connection services will be set out in the customer connection services contract. Connection services for each nominated premises will commence on the date specified by the distributor.
Connection Services. XXX HI authorizes COUNTY access to the Hawaii eRecording application. COUNTY shall pay NIC HI a fixed fee in the amount of $0.50 per document recorded in favor of the COUNTY. For documents recorded on behalf of the public, the NIC HI fee is $3.00 per document recorded. Payments will be made via portal subscriber account or credit card. Any costs incurred by XXX HI associated with unsuccessful contest of a charge-back, cancellation, or insufficient funds will be invoiced to COUNTY as explained below. Credit Card Chargebacks: NIC HI will make an initial effort to collect on all returned payments, credit card chargebacks, etc. NIC HI’s customer service staff will endeavor to satisfy merchant bank requests. In the event that NIC HI is unable to successfully contest a credit card chargeback, NIC HI will invoice COUNTY the original transaction amount plus a $25.00 chargeback fee. ACH Returns (consolidated ACH via NIC HI only): Some eCheck (ACH) transactions may be returned due to insufficient funds or because the bank account information was entered incorrectly by the customer. NIC HI will attempt to make initial collections on returned payments. If NIC HI is unable to collect the funds within 7 business days, NIC HI will invoice COUNTY the original transaction amount plus a $25.00 return fee.

We hereby pass through all appropriate terms from Service Level Agreements we have with our vendors. Connection Services. LIGHTHUB shall provide to the City and the City shall receive from LIGHTHUB, Connection Services, including Connection Service Capacity, sufficient to allow end users within the City to connect to the Network. In the event the City determines to provide Connection Services to more than the number of end users allocated to it as set forth in Exhibit C, it shall submit to LIGHTHUB a written proposal, requesting additional Connection Service Capacity from LIGHTHUB. Said proposal shall specify the total additional number of end users to be provided Connection Services and the date on which the City requests such capacity to be effective. LIGHTHUB shall accept or reject said proposal within fifteen (15) days from the date it received the proposal.
Connection Services. UIA shall provide to and within the Town and the Town shall receive from UIA, Connection Services, including Connection Services Capacity, sufficient to allow not less than the Agreed Upon End Users benefitting from the Improvements within the Town to connect to the City Network. All construction work performed by or on behalf of UIA within the Town shall be pursuant to the terms of a franchise agreement between UIA and the Town, any construction or grading permits required by the Town, and any design standards adopted by the Town by ordinance at the time that the construction work is performed.
Connection Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Vertafore shall provide Connection Services which can be accessed solely by authorized agencies, which are licensed to do so by Vertafore and not by the Carrier directly (“Authorized Agencies”). Carrier is responsible for providing any and all necessary passwords to the Authorized Agencies required for the Authorized Agencies to connect to Carrier Information through the Interface.
Connection Services. Government Entity authorizes and directs HIC to connect the Online Kauai Sewer Payments service to the Gov2Go Platform. Transaction Fee: HIC may charge users of the Gov2Go Platform a transaction fee in the amount of $2.50 US dollars plus a 2.20% credit card fee or $1.00 eCheck fee for each sewer payment in exchange for the ability to conduct specific transactions with Government Entities through the Gov2Go Platform.
Connection Services. In consideration of the amounts paid for additional cross-connections as described in the applicable SOP and/or FOC, Supplier will connect Customer's equipment to (i) Supplier's telecommunications circuits; (ii) Supplier's collocated equipment; or (iii) any third party's circuits or service located at the Premises to which Customer has been granted access. If Customer is cross-connecting to a third party's equipment or service, Customer is solely responsible for arranging the delivery and installation of all necessary equipment and circuits at the Premises. This connection service shall not be available if Supplier reasonably determines the installation of such equipment and/or circuits at the Premises is physically, electrically, technically, or otherwise impractical.
Connection Services. TransGrid will connect: the Customer's Facilities to the Connection Assets at each of the Connection Points via the Dedicated Assets and allow the Customer's Facilities to remain connected at each of those Connection Points on the terms set out in this agreement, in each case utilising the Dedicated Assets; and the Dedicated Assets to the Connection Assets at each of the Connection Points and allow the Dedicated Assets to remain connected at each of those Connection Points on the terms set out in this agreement.
