Common use of Consent and Approval Clause in Contracts

Consent and Approval. Such Interconnected Entity has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with the Interconnection Service Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of the Interconnection Service Agreement and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Appendix 2 that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.

Such Interconnected Entity has sought or obtained, or, in accordance with the Generation Interconnection Service Agreement will seek or obtain, each consent, approval, authorization, order, or acceptance by any Governmental Authority in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of the Generation Interconnection Service Agreement and it will provide to any Governmental Authority notice of any actions under this Appendix 2 that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations.
