Common use of Consent and Direction Clause in Contracts

Consent and Direction. (a) Each of the Agent, the Borrower, the Manager and the Servicer hereby authorizes and, as applicable, directs the Paying Agent, the Transition Manager and the Back-Up Servicer to execute and deliver this Amendment.
