Consent/Approval. Contractor shall inform Contract Administrator, in writing, within ten (10) days of the occurrence of any of the following changes: (i) the resignation, retirement, or discharge of its executive director, chief executive officer, or other managing agent; (ii) a majority change in the membership of the board of directors; (iii) a change in programming that significantly deviates from the Contractor’s mission or overall purpose; and/or (iv) a change in annual operating income such that any matching fund requirement will not be met by the end of the contract year.
