Consent by the Company. The Company hereby declares to have knowledge of and to consent to and to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the attachments to this Agreement. The Company undertakes to file and keep one of the counterparts of this Agreement and its attachments filed at its registered office in the Netherlands.
