Consent for Negotiation on Grievance. The parties agree that, after a grievance has been initiated by the Association, OC’s representatives will not enter into discussion or negotiation with respect to the grievance, either directly or indirectly, with the aggrieved employee or any other employees except for those members of the Association specifically designated by the Association to deal with grievances, without the consent of the Association.
