Common use of Consent of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Consent of Administrative Agent. No amendment, waiver or consent described in clause (a) of this Section 9.12 shall, without the written consent of the Administrative Agent (in addition to the Lenders required above): (i) affect the rights or duties of the Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent under this Agreement or any other Financing Document; or (ii) affect the Available Borrowing Base, Appendix 1, Appendix 2, Appendix 3, any provision relating to the Available Borrowing Base, Appendix 1, Appendix 2 or Appendix 3, or any related definition under this Agreement or any other Financing Document.
