Common use of Consent of Leasehold Mortgagee Required Clause in Contracts

Consent of Leasehold Mortgagee Required. No cancellation or surrender (other than a termination following the occurrence of an Event of Default) and no amendment to or modification of, this Lease shall be effective as to the Leasehold Mortgagee without the prior written consent of such Leasehold Mortgagee, unless an amendment or modification is not reasonably likely to result in a material adverse effect on the rights of the Leasehold Mortgagee, the lien of the Leasehold Mortgages, or the value of the leasehold interest demised hereunder.
