Exercise of Renewal Options. Tenant is hereby granted the right to renew this Lease, with respect to all, but not less than all, of those Leased Properties within the applicable group as shown on Exhibit D annexed hereto (herein, a “Renewal Group”) for three (3), 5-year option renewal terms (collectively, the “Extended Terms” and each an “Extended Term”) upon giving written notice to Lessor of each such renewal at least one (1) year but not more than eighteen (18) months prior to the termination of the then current Term applicable to such Renewal Group, provided and on the conditions that, at the time Tenant gives a renewal notice as set forth above relative to a Renewal Group and at the time of the commencement of the applicable Extended Term for such Renewal Group, (a) an Event of Default (other than any Facility Defaults of the nature referenced in Section 16.1(m) and/or Section 16.1(q) of this Lease) shall not have occurred and be continuing (as described in Section 16.10.2.3 above) under this Lease and (b) Facility Defaults of the nature referenced in Section 16.1(m) and/or Section 16.1(q) of this Lease shall not have occurred and be continuing (as described in Section 16.10.2.3 above) with respect to the Section 16.10.1 Number or more Leased Properties. Tenant may not exercise its option for more than one Extended Term at a time. If Tenant exercises a renewal option as aforesaid relative to a Renewal Group, Tenant may nevertheless revoke such exercise, if and so long as the requirements of Section 19.5 below are strictly complied with. For purposes of this Section 19.1, if an Event of Default shall occur under Section 16.1(m) and/or Section 16.1(q) of this Lease, whether the same is, or is deemed to be, “continuing” shall be determined as provided in Section 16.10 above.
Exercise of Renewal Options. Exercise of Renewal Options. The Renewal Option for the First Renewal Period (the “First Renewal Option”) shall be exercisable by delivery of written notice from Tenant to Landlord of Tenant’s election to exercise the First Renewal Option at least twelve (12) months before the First Renewal Period Commencement Date, time being of the essence. The Renewal Option for the Second Renewal Period (the “Second Renewal Option”) shall be exercisable by delivery of written notice from Tenant to Landlord of Tenant’s election to exercise the Second Renewal Option at least twelve (12) months before the Second Renewal Period Commencement Date, time being of the essence. The Renewal Option for the Third Renewal Period (the “Third Renewal Option”) shall be exercisable by delivery of written notice from Tenant to Landlord of Tenant’s election to exercise the Third Renewal Option at least twelve (12) months before the Third Renewal Period Commencement Date, time being of the essence.
Exercise of Renewal Options. Tenant is hereby granted the right to renew this Lease, with respect to all, but not less than all, of the Premises for two (2), 5-year option renewal terms (collectively, the “Extended Terms” and each an “Extended Term”) upon giving written notice to Landlord of each such renewal at least twelve (12) months but not more than eighteen (18) months prior to the termination of the then current Term, provided that, at the time Tenant gives a renewal notice as set forth above and at the time of the commencement of the applicable Extended Term, no Event of Default shall have occurred and no Potential Default shall be continuing under this Lease. Tenant may not exercise its option for more than one Extended Term at a time or for more than the two (2) Extended Terms expressly described herein.

Tenant is hereby granted the right to renew this Lease, with respect to all, but not less than all, of the Mentor Properties under this Lease and/or with respect to all, but not less than all, of the Farm Pond Properties under this Lease, for two (2), 5-year option renewal terms (collectively, the “Extended Terms” and each an “Extended Term”) upon giving written notice (a “Renewal Notice”) to Landlord of each such renewal, and of Tenant’s election to renew all such Mentor Properties or Farm Pond Properties, as applicable, at least nine (9) months but not more than eighteen (18) months prior to the expiration of the then current Term applicable to all such Mentor Properties or Farm Pond Properties, as applicable, provided and on the conditions that, at the time Tenant gives a Renewal Notice as set forth above and at the time of the commencement of the applicable Extended Term, an Event of Default shall not have occurred and be continuing under this Lease. Tenant may not exercise its option for more than one Extended Term at a time.

Exercise of Renewal Options. 1.4.1. Tenant may exercise a Renewal Option with respect to all, but not less than all, of the Premises by providing written notice to Landlord of each such renewal (a "RENEWAL NOTICE") at least one (1) year but not more than eighteen (18) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or the first Extended Term, as applicable, on the express conditions that, (x) each tenant under the Other Leases simultaneously exercises the renewal option under each of the Other Leases, and (y) at the time Tenant gives a Renewal Notice as set forth above and at the commencement of the applicable Extended Term (i) the Tenants are the tenants originally named herein (except with respect to any Permitted Transfers or Deleted Properties) and an Affiliate of Tenant is the tenant under all of the Other Leases, (ii) Tenant or a Permitted Transferee actually occupies all of the Leased Property then demised under this Lease and an Affiliate of Tenant actually occupies all of the Other Leased Property then demised under the Other Leases, subject in each case, to the rights of the Occupants of the Leased Properties and the Other Leased Properties and (iii) no Event of Default exists under this Lease or the Other Leases or would exist but for the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both. During each Extended Term, all of the terms and conditions of this Lease shall continue in full force and effect, except that the Fixed Rent for the initial Lease Year of any Extended Term shall be the greater of: (a) then current Fixed Rent in effect at the expiration of the Initial Term or the first Extended Term, as applicable, increased and adjusted upwards pursuant to the formula contained in SECTION 3.1.2 hereof; or (b)
