Common use of Consent of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Lessor. Unless specified otherwise herein, Lessor's consent to any request of Lessee may be conditioned or withheld in Lessor's sole discretion. Lessor shall have no liability for damages resulting from Lessor's failure to give any consent, approval or instruction reserved to Lessor, Lessee's sole remedy in any such event being an action for injunctive relief.
