Common use of Consent to Dual Registration Clause in Contracts

Consent to Dual Registration. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 24.3, the Lenders consent to the Dual Registration of each Vessel at any time on or after the commencement of the Charter Period relating to it and irrevocably authorise the Agent to give any requisite consents required by any applicable ship registrar or other official in the Bahamas and/or Brazil to permit such Dual Registration.
