A Tax Document provides important information a SHAREHOLDER needs to complete your tax returns. Tax Documents include Form 1099. Occasionally, the COMPANY is required to send a SHAREHOLDER CORRECTED Tax Documents. Additionally, the COMPANY may include inserts with the SHAREHOLER’S Tax Documents. The COMPANY is required to send Tax Documents to a SHAREHOLER in writing, which means in paper form. When a SHAREHOLDER consents to electronic delivery of his/her/its Tax Documents, the SHAREHOLDER will be consenting to delivery of Tax Documents, including these corrected Tax Documents and inserts, electronically instead of in paper form.
