Common use of Consent to Jurisdiction; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Consent to Jurisdiction; Enforceability. (a) This Guarantee and the duties and obligations of the parties hereto shall be enforceable against each Guarantor in the courts of the State of Delaware. For such purpose, each Guarantor hereby irrevocably submits to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of such courts and agrees that all claims in respect of this Guarantee may be heard and determined in any of such courts.
