Consent to Recording Each party hereto consents to the monitoring or recording, at any time and from time to time, by the other party of any and all communications between officers or employees of the parties, waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording, and agrees to notify its officers and employees of such monitoring or recording.
Consent to Receive Information in English By accepting the Award, you confirm having read and understood the Plan and the Agreement, which were provided in the English language. You accept the terms of those documents accordingly.
Entitlement to Rebate Upon timely demand, non-members may apply to the Association for an advance reduction/rebate of the fair share fee pursuant to the internal procedure adopted by the Association.
OUR RIGHT TO RECOVER PAYMENT If we make a payment under this policy and the person to or for whom payment was made has a right to recover damages from another we shall be subrogated to that right. That person shall do:
Unconditional Right of Holders to Receive Payment Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture and any other provision of any Note, the right of any Holder of any Note to receive payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on such Note on or after the respective Stated Maturities (or the respective Redemption Dates, in the case of redemption) expressed in such Note, or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder. Rights of Holders to Receive Payment Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of and premium, if any, and interest on, a Note, on or after the respective due dates therefor, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of the Holder.
Consent to Service Each party irrevocably consents to the service of process by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to it at its address given pursuant to Article XVIII hereof.
Consent to Suit In the case of any dispute under or in connection with this Agreement, the Indemnitee may only bring suit against the Corporation in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. The Indemnitee hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Delaware, and the Indemnitee hereby waives any claim the Indemnitee may have at any time as to forum non conveniens with respect to such venue. The Corporation shall have the right to institute any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any judgment entered against either of the parties in any proceeding hereunder may be entered and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
CONSENT TO AGREEMENT You acknowledge receipt of a copy of this Agreement. By signing the application; or by using Your Account or any Account access device; or by authorizing another to use Your Account, You agree to and accept its terms.
