Consent to Review of Medical Records. Program Participants are responsible for obtaining and submitting, through their counsel, if represented, the Core Medical Records and other Supporting Documentation required for a Claim Package. Program Participants consent to review of such records by the Claims Administrator (and those employed, or engaged by, the Claims Administrator), PSRC, Takeda, Takeda’s counsel, Takeda’s insurers, Lien resolution personnel, the Special Master, and the courts.
