Consent to Subsequent Acquisition. If the proceeds of the requested Advance are to be used to consummate a Subsequent Acquisition other than a Small Subsequent Acquisition, or if the aggregate gross purchase prices payable in connection with all prior Small Subsequent Acquisitions is $750,000 or greater, Agent shall have consented to such Subsequent Acquisition, which consent may be given or withheld in Agent's sole discretion.
