Common use of Consent to Telephone Recording Clause in Contracts

Consent to Telephone Recording. You agree that we may record all telephone conversations, emails, internet conversations (chat), and meetings between you and us and use such recordings, or transcripts from such recordings, as evidence towards any party (including, but not limited to, any regulatory authority and/or court of law) to whom we, in our entire discretion, see it to be desirable or necessary to disclose such information in any dispute or anticipated dispute between us and you.
