Consent to use ROWs. The Municipality hereby consents to the Company’s use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards and guidelines (“Municipal Guidelines”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs.
Consent to use ROWs. The County hereby consents to the Company’s use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this MAA and in accordance with all applicable laws or other municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards (including design standards and guidelines) (“Municipal Standards”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs.
Consent to use ROWs. The County hereby consents to Xplornet’s use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, and in accordance with all Applicable Law or other municipal rules, policies, standards and guidelines (“Municipal Guidelines”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs to the extent, however, that any Municipal Laws or Municipal Guidelines are not inconsistent or in conflict with this Agreement.
Consent to use ROWs. The Municipality hereby consents to Rogers’ use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws or other municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards and guidelines (“Municipal Guidelines”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs; to the extent, however, that any municipal laws are not inconsistent or in conflict with this Agreement or with applicable federal laws.
Consent to use ROWs. The Municipality hereby consents to the Company’s use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable municipal by- laws, rules, policies, standards and guidelines (“Municipal Guidelines”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as affecting any rights or otherwise of others not a party to this Agreement to use any Highway in accordance with the Municipality’s legal authority. Such consent does not in any way whatsoever create an easement for the benefit of the Company.

The Township hereby consents to the Company’s use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws or other municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards (including design standards and guidelines) (“Municipal Standards”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs.
Consent to use ROWs. The Township of Georgian Bluffs hereby consents to EH!tel use of the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and condition of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws or other municipal by-laws, rules, policies, standards and guidelines (“Municipal Guidelines”) pertaining to the Equipment and the use of the ROWs; to the extent, however, that any municipal laws and the Municipal Guidelines are not inconsistent or conflict with this Agreement or with applicable federal laws in which case such municipal laws and Municipal Guidelines prevail.
Consent to use ROWs. The Township the ROWs for the purpose of performing its Work, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in accordance with all applicable laws or other municipal by- Municipal however, that any municipal laws and the Municipal Guidelines are not inconsistent or in conflict with this Agreement or with applicable federal laws.
