Permission to Use. ‌ 5.1 Permission to use the Routes Network Rail grants the Train Operator permission to use the Routes. 5.2 Meaning References in this contract to permission to use the Routes shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be construed to mean permission: (a) to use the track comprised in the Routes for the provision of the Services using the Specified Equipment; (b) to use the track comprised in the Network in order to implement any plan established under Part H of the Network Code; (c) to make Ancillary Movements; (d) to Stable, which shall be treated, for the purposes of Part D of the Network Code, as the use of a Train Slot; (e) for the Train Operator and its associates to enter upon that part of the Network comprising the Routes, with or without vehicles; and (f) for the Train Operator and its associates to bring things onto that part of the Network comprising the Routes and keep them there, and such permission is subject, in each case and in all respects to: (i) the Network Code; (ii) the Applicable Engineering Access Statement; and (iii) the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules. 5.3 Permission under clauses 5.2(e) and 5.2(f) In relation to the permissions specified in clauses 5.2(e) and 5.2(f): (a) the Train Operator shall, and shall procure that its associates shall, wherever reasonably practicable, first obtain the consent of Network Rail, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; (b) the Train Operator shall remove any vehicle or other thing so brought onto any part of the Network when reasonably directed to do so by Network Rail; and (c) whilst exercising any rights conferred by clauses 5.2(e) and 5.2(f), the Train Operator shall, and shall procure that its associates shall, comply with such reasonable restrictions or instructions as Network Rail shall specify. 5.4 Changes to Applicable Engineering Access Statement and Applicable Timetable Planning Rules Changes to the Applicable Engineering Access Statement and the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules are subject to regulatory protection (including appeals) in accordance with Part D of the Network Code. 5.5 Engineering Access Statement, Timetable Planning Rules and Restrictions of Use Schedule 4 shall have effect. 5.6 The Services and the Specified Equipment Schedule 5 shall have effect. 5.7 Performance Schedule 8 shall have effect.

Permission to Use a City facility is granted subject to the observance of these regulations by the applicant and anyone using the facility in connection with the applicant. Permits may be revoked for violation of these regulations either during the use of a facility or prior to the use of a facility.
Permission to Use. HQY recognizes that Employer owns certain trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names (“Employer Marks”) that identify Employer’s products and services. HQY acknowledges that it has no ownership right or interest in Employer Marks and that it will not use Employer Marks except as expressly contemplated by this Section 9.4 or otherwise with Employer’s prior written consent. Employer hereby grants permission to HQY to use Employer’s trademarks, including name and logos in connection with services provided pursuant to this Agreement. HQY may also, with the consent of Employer, use such marks for marketing and promotional materials. Employer will provide or make available to HQY approved formats and any guidelines for use of Employer’s trademarks, including the name or logos, and the trademarks shall be used only consistent with the supplied formats and guidelines.

You hereby consent to the exchange of information and documents between Us electronically over the Internet or by e-mail, and that this electronic Agreement shall be the equivalent of a written paper agreement between Us ii. The School hereby grants to You a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access, read and download one copy of the content. iii. You agree that You will not: • distribute the Content for any purpose including without limitation compiling an internal database, redistributing or reproduction of the Content by the press or media or through any commercial network, cable or satellite system; or • create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, translate, transmit, arrange, modify, copy, bundle, sell, sub-license, export, merge, transfer, adapt, loan, rent, lease, assign, share, outsource, host, publish, make available to any person or otherwise use, either directly or indirectly, the Content in whole or in part, in any form or by any means whatsoever, be they physical, electronic or otherwise. You shall not permit, allow or do anything that would infringe or otherwise prejudice the proprietary rights of the School or its licensors or allow any third-party to access the Content. The restrictions set out in this Agreement shall not apply to the limited extent the restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Permission to Use. References in this Agreement to permission to use the Route shall, except where the contrary is indicated, be construed to mean permission:- (A) to use the track comprised in the Route for the provision of the Services using the Specified Equipment; and (B) to make Ancillary Movements; and to the extent reasonably necessary to give full effect to the permissions in Clauses 1.2(A) and 1.2(B) and subject to Clause 1.3: (C) for Nexus and its associates to enter upon that part of the Network comprising the Route, with or without vehicles; and
Permission to Use. The Management Venture and anyone on its behalf will be entitled to enter into all the premises necessary for the purpose of carrying out the Services, however this will not be construed in any way whatsoever as providing to the Management Venture or to anyone on its behalf entitlement of possession or any other exclusive right as to any premises that it was allowed to enter pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Permission to Use. The hirer is permitted to use ONLY the areas as detailed on their Application Form for the activities also detailed on form. BBCC does not grant permission to any hirer to use the foyer areas as part of their hire. This area must remain free at all times to minimise the risk and noise to other centre users. It shall be at the discretion of BBCC to refuse to grant the hire of a facility in any case and, not withstanding that permission to hire the premises may have been granted or that these conditions may have been accepted and signed and the fees and bond paid. BBCC shall have the power to cancel such permission and direct the return of the fees and bond so paid. The hirer hereby agrees in such case to accept the same and shall be held to have consented to such cancellation and to have no claim at law or in equity for any loss or damage in consequence thereof.
