CONSENTS, ACCREDITATIONS, DBS CHECKS AND GUARANTEES. 4.1 If we request you will provide sufficient documentary evidence to confirm that you, your Sub-Grantees and subcontractors (and all relevant employees) have all appropriate Accreditations and have received, and continue to hold, all Consents necessary for the purposes of this Agreement.
