These necessary licenses, permits, regulatory approvals and similar legal authorizations that the City shall so secure and maintain shall include, without limitation, any necessary authorizations from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for use of tidelands and bedlands, and a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit if required for the use of the premises by Licensee and its permittees under this Agreement. The City shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and all such authorizations from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources necessary for the activities and uses set forth on EXHIBIT F no later than the commencement of the Term of this License as set forth in Section 3. The City shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain such additional Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and all such authorizations from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources necessary for the activities and uses set forth on EXHIBIT G and such other uses and activities contemplated hereunder as soon as practicable. The Parties currently expect the City to obtain such Permit no later than July 1, 2021.
17.2.2. The Licensee, at no expense to the City, shall secure and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this License, all necessary licenses, permits, regulatory approvals and similar legal authorizations required for the operation and use of the Premises, (other than any necessary authorizations from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for use of tidelands and bedlands, and a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit if required for the use of the premises by Licensee and its permittees under this Agreement) from all relevant authorities and shall comply with all requirements thereof.
