Consents and licences. 20.1 All governmental and quasi-governmental licences, consents, permissions, waivers, exceptions and approvals required for carrying on the Business of the Vaccines Group, the absence of which, individually or in the aggregate, would be material to the Vaccines Group, are in force and, to the Seller’s Knowledge, no written notice has been received by the Seller or any member of the Seller’s Group which indicates that any such licence, consent, permission, waiver, exception or approval is likely to be revoked or which may confer a right of revocation.
