Consents, Approvals and Actions. (a) Subject to the terms of the Sponsor Shareholders Agreement, if any consent, approval or action of the Silver Lake Investors is required at any time pursuant to this Agreement, such consent, approval or action shall be deemed given if any of the Silver Lake Investors at such time provide such consent, approval or action in writing at such time.
