Consents, Approvals and Actions. If any consent, approval, or action of the Capital Parties is required at any time pursuant to this Agreement, such consent, approval, or action shall be deemed given if the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities beneficially owned by the Capital Parties at such time provide such consent, approval, or action in writing at such time.
