Common use of Consents to Other Assignments Clause in Contracts

Consents to Other Assignments. Where required under the terms of such agreements, the consent of the non-assigning party to each Contract, Lease and Hotel License Agreement which Buyer is obligated, or elects, to accept under this Agreement, without requirement that Buyer pay any amount, incur any additional obligation or liability, agree to any material change in the assigned contract or waive any rights or benefits thereunder, in order to obtain such consent.
