Consents under Lease and Trust Indenture. Each of the Owner Participant and each Holder covenants and agrees that it shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to any consent requested of the Owner Trustee, as Lessor, or the Indenture Trustee under the terms of the Lease, which by its terms is not to be unreasonably withheld by the Owner Trustee, as Lessor, or by the Indenture Trustee. Each Holder covenants and agrees that it shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to any consent requested of the Indenture Trustee under the terms hereof or in the Trust Indenture, which by its terms is not to be unreasonably withheld by the Indenture Trustee.
