Common use of Consents under the Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Consents under the Security Agreement. The Lenders executing this Agreement (and constituting Required Lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby consent to the execution and delivery by the US Borrower and the Trustee of the Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, to be dated the date hereof.

Consents under the Security Agreement. The Lenders executing this Agreement (and constituting Required Lenders including, to the extent relevant, in their capacities where applicable as lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement) hereby consent to the execution and delivery by (a) the US Borrower and the Trustee of the Second Amendment to the Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit HI, to be dated the date hereof, and (b) the US Borrower, the Trustee, the Administrative Agent and Xxxxx Fargo of the Intercreditor Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit L, to be dated the date hereof.
