Consequence of Termination of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated by a Party in accordance with Section 11.2 in its entirety or on a Product-by-Product basis at any time and for any reason, the following terms will apply to any such termination, but only to the extent of any such termination (i.e., with respect to the terminated Product (the “Terminated Product” and its Exclusive Target, the “Terminated Target”), or in its entirety):
