Consequences of Comments on Technical Documentation. The Contractor shall give due consideration to the comments of the Client within twenty (20) Days after having received the Client’s comments. Should the Contractor not reply within this period, the comments of the Client and their consequences shall be deemed to be accepted by the Contractor. Once the Technical Documentation has been commented upon or deemed to be commented upon, the Contractor shall not alter it without prior written consent from the Client. Any comment made by the Client on the Technical Documentation shall not relieve the Contractor from the due performance of its obligations under the Agreement, nor operate as a Variation Order.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Required Fiscal Documentation A. Prior to execution of this Agreement, Contractor will have submitted to County for review and approval an annual budget covering all contracted services under this Agreement.

  • Legal Documentation Pursuant to The DMB Act (Public Act 431, as amended) all leases must be approved as to legal form by the Attorney General’s office, which includes the submission of documentation necessary to evidence legal authority of Bidder to enter into the lease agreement, including the signatory’s authority to bind. For your convenience, a guideline indicating necessary legal documentation is included with this RFP. Failure to provide appropriate legal documentation may result in your proposal being rejected.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. The Contractor must deliver remaining copies of such documents to the Owner upon request or upon completion of the Work, except that the Contractor may keep one copy of such documents for its files. The Contractor shall only use such drawings, Specifications and other documents for this Project. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor or material or equipment supplier may use such drawings, Specifications, and other documents on other projects without the specific written consent of the Owner. All models are the property of the Owner.
