Safety and Security Procedures. Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. While at each JBE Work Location, Contractor shall comply with the safety and security policies and procedures in effect at such JBE Work Location.

Safety and Security Procedures. In the performance of any Work under this Agreement, Contractor shall maintain and enforce industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures and comply with any JBE safety and security policies and procedures in effect at the time of the Work.
Safety and Security Procedures a) All employees shall comply with the safety and security regulations that apply for the project.
b) Employees shall display or produce on request any personal identification issued for that purpose by the company.
c) A breach of safety or security regulations is regarded as a serious breach of an employee's conditions of employment and may result in termination of employment.
Safety and Security Procedures. (a) AMD agrees to comply with Spansion’s physical safety and security procedures for all Services it provides at Spansion Service Locations.
(b) AMD will promptly notify Spansion if any Spansion failure to maintain and enforce (except for enforcement with respect to AMD Personnel) physical safety and security procedures at Spansion Service Locations will cause, or has caused, a material problem or delay for AMD in providing the Services. AMD will be excused from failure to meet a Service Level or otherwise perform its obligations under this Agreement only to the extent that a failure to meet such Service Level or otherwise perform its obligations was caused by the Spansion failure to maintain and enforce (except for enforcement with respect to AMD Personnel) physical safety and security procedures at Spansion Service Locations; provided that AMD continues to use reasonable efforts to perform despite such failure and works with Spansion to resolve the failure and resume conformance with the Service Levels and performance of AMD’s obligations under this Agreement as soon as practicable.
Safety and Security Procedures. TSP shall implement the provisions of the Safety Plan and any other Plans concerning safety and security at all times and shall ensure that TSP’s employees and Subcontractors conduct operations at the Project Site in such a manner as to minimize the risk of bodily harm to persons or damage to property, and to protect against vandalism, theft, and other similar risks. Without limiting the foregoing, TSP shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, accurate accident and injury reports and shall inform all operating personnel of safety practices and the requirements of TSP’s safety program, shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, a supply of suitable safety equipment (including fire extinguishers) and enforce the use of such equipment by operating personnel, shall promptly take all precautions which are reasonable to safeguard against such risks and shall make, or cause to be made, regular safety and security inspections of all TCS facilities.
Safety and Security Procedures. As part of the Services, Vendor shall maintain and enforce at each Vendor Service Location safety and security procedures, including the safety and security procedures described in Exhibit C, that are at least comparable to industry standards for such Vendor Service Location. The safety and security procedures for AMEX's remittance processing operations shall protect the documents, data and information of AMEX and its customers from unauthorized access. If AMEX requests that Vendor implement or maintain safety and security procedures in addition to those described in this Section 7.02 and in Exhibit C, Vendor shall implement or maintain such procedures. Vendor and AMEX shall agree on the charges, if any, for any such additional security procedures and the allocation of such charges between the Parties. If Vendor and AMEX are not able to agree on the reasonableness or allocation of such charges, AMEX or Vendor may terminate this Agreement.

Fujitsu will be excused from failure to meet a Service Level or otherwise perform its obligations under this Agreement only to the extent that a failure to meet such Service Level or otherwise perform its obligations was caused by the Spansion failure to maintain and enforce (except for enforcement with respect to Fujitsu Personnel) physical safety and security procedures at Spansion Service Locations; provided that Fujitsu continues to use reasonable efforts to perform despite such failure and works with Spansion to resolve the failure and resume conformance with the Service Levels and performance of Fujitsu’s obligations under this Agreement as soon as practicable.

Safety and Security Procedures. (a) FIS shall maintain and enforce, at the FIS Service Locations, safety and security procedures that are at least (i) compliant with Regulations and the Fidelity Information Security Policy in accordance with FIS'S obligations under Section 3.13, (ii) equal to industry standards for such FIS Service Locations, and (iii) as rigorous as those procedures in effect at the FIS Service Locations as of the Effective Date. FIS shall investigate and remedy any Security Incident (as defined below) at the FIS Service Locations, if applicable, in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
(b) At the FIS Service Locations, FIS shall maintain and comply with safeguards against the destruction, loss or alteration of FNT Data (the "Data Safeguards") which are at least (i) compliant with the requirements of Section 3.13, (ii) equal to generally accepted insurance industry standards, and (iii) as rigorous as those procedures used in protection of its own similar data as of the Effective Date. The safeguards shall include (1) FNT Data back up and storage which is separate from that of other FIS customers, and (2) upon request, reports of appropriate logs of the internal FIS firewall(s), FIS leveraged firewalls used to deliver FNT services or FIS-managed, FNT-dedicated firewalls which separate the FNT segment from other FIS segments (except that FIS reserves the right to mask certain sensitive information (e.g., FIS internal or other FIS customer IP addresses)). All changes to the firewall rule sets which will affect the delivery of the Services shall be made in accordance with Change Control Procedures.
