Consequences of failure to pay premium etc. If the enterprise fails to pay the premium due, the demand will be sent for debt recovery after one reminder has been sent. The duty to pay overdue premium will be upheld without reduction, even if severance pay has been paid out by the employer pursuant to section 7.2.
