Daily Management. The Severance Pay Scheme shall have a CEO (chief executive officer) to manage everyday business. The CEO shall be appointed by the Board. The Board may adopt a job description for the CEO.
Daily Management. Ms. Sun Wei Jing shall continue to assume the position as the General Manager of BXRT and be responsible for the daily management of BXRT in accordance with the Employment Agreement executed with Party A WFOE and the Employment Agreement executed with the New Company. Ms Sun Wei Jing shall conduct the daily management in the maximum long-term business interests of BXRT with the professional level that the management staff at the equal positions in the companies of the similar kind commonly have, and in compliance with the instructions of the board of directors, the Employment Agreement and the relevant laws and regulations of the PRC. The assistant manager and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BXRT shall be nominated by Party A and employed by the board of directors of BXRT; the financial management system of Party A shall be adopted.
Daily Management. The Manager shall have the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Hotels.
Daily Management. − The Central Office is responsible for daily management, coordination and implementation of the Grant Agreement. It therefore centralises the operations of the Aurora 2030 Project, to ensure the accomplishment of the established goals and the proper execution of the processes. The Central Office reports to the Board.
Daily Management. The general manager of JV shall be deemed the ----------------- president ("President") and shall be appointed and removed by the Board. The duties and responsibilities of this officer shall be to administer the day-to- day affairs of JV in the ordinary course of its business, subject to the ultimate direction and control of the Board. Among other matters, the President shall have general supervision, direction and control of the business and affairs of JV and of its employees and agents, including the obligation to employ, discharge and prescribe the duties and compensation of all employees and agents of JV, and the obligation to supervise all administrative and production functions of the company, including such areas as accounting, inventory control, purchasing, corporate maintenance, quality assurance, product testing, equipment maintenance, customer service, shipping, manufacturing and marketing. The President shall be authorized to sign all contracts, documents and instruments in writing in the name of JV, subject to such limitations and restrictions as the Board may hereafter establish.
Daily Management. The term "DAILY MANAGEMENT" shall include all matters relating to the conduct and management of the day-to-day business and affairs of the Partnership (except for Major Decisions, Unanimous Decisions and other than those matters which may be decided by one Managing Partner pursuant to the terms hereof) and the implementation of all Major Decisions subject, in all events, to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Management or Employment Agreement described in Section 4.7 and the supervision of the Managing Partners.

Daily Management. The daily management of the Company as well as the representation of the Company in relation to such daily management may be delegated to one or more directors, officers or other agents, acting individually or jointly. Their appointment, removal and powers shall be determined by a resolution of the board of directors.
Daily Management. As a custodian of Party A’s Premises, Party B will be responsible for the daily management of the Premises. Party B’s responsibilities and rights mainly include:
1. Choosing a property management company Party C agrees to pay the uniform property management fee to and accept the services from the property management company chosen by Party B. Property management services include: sanitation management of public areas, improvement and repair of public facilities and equipment; security of park and houses; management and maintenance of fire facilities; greening management, management of parking areas of vehicles and advertising boards, etc. They are subject to the related property management service contract.
2. Party B shall be entitled to inspect the use of the Premises. In the event that Party B finds that Party C’s use of the Premises is beyond the provisions of this Contract, it shall be entitled to request Party C to cure it within specified period.
3. Party A authorizes Party B to urge for payment of due rent from Party C on Party A’s behalf.
Daily Management. The Board shall employ a management to deal with day-to-day operations and shall appoint the daily manager to be in charge of the affairs of the Partnership - in accordance with the instructions and directions given by the Board of Directors.
