CONSEQUENCES OF FORFEITURE OF COVER OR TERMINATION OF THIS CONTRACT. In case of forfeiture of the cover or termination of this Contract for non-observance of the terms of the Contract, no return of premium shall be made by Us and all premium payable shall become immediately due.
