You will be in breach of this condition if You provide false or incomplete statements (especially when You applied for this Contract or made a request for a Credit Decision, an amendment or when a cause of loss occurred). You will be in breach of this condition if you fail to comply with Your obligations pursuant to this article 12.1. Consequences of such a failure are set out in article 13.3.
