Consequences of non-compliance. If the report submitted does not comply with this Article, the Agency may suspend the payment deadline (see Article 45 FPA) and apply any of the other measures described in Section 5 of Chapter 3 of the Framework Partnership Agreement. If the coordinator breaches its obligation to submit the report and if it fails to comply with this obligation within 30 days following a written reminder, the Agency may terminate the Specific Agreement (see Article 48 FPA) or apply any of the other measures described in Section 5 of Chapter 3 of the Framework Partnership Agreement.
