Consequences of non-compliance. If a KIC Partner breaches any of its obligations under this Article, the costs incurred by the third parties related to the in-kind contribution will be ineligible (see Article 5) and will be rejected (see Article 48 FPA). Such breaches may also lead to any of the other measures described in Section 5 of Chapter 3 of the Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA).
