Common use of Consequences of non Clause in Contracts

Consequences of non. compliance If a KIC Partner breaches any of its obligations under Article 11.1.1, the costs related to the subcontract concerned will be ineligible (see Article 5) and will be rejected (see Article 48 FPA). If a KIC Partner breaches any of its obligations under Article 11.1.2, the specific grant may be reduced (see Article 49 FPA).
